I'm running behind. What is your grace period?
No worries, we ask that you contact us as soon as you may suspect that you will be late. Our grace period is a firm 10 minutes. 314-632-6841
I've made it my appointment late, but before the grace period. Will all of the services I booked be provided?
If you are late more than 5 minutes into your appointment, it’s not guaranteed that we will be able to perform all of the booked services. We will do our best to perform as much as we can from your booked services. However, you will be charged 100% for all the services you booked before your appointment.
Now that I'm here I changed my mind and I only would like one service or add on a few extra services. What should I do?
We ask that you cancel any service that you no longer wish to receive 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. failure to do so will result in a 50% cancelation fee per service for those canceled the day of the appointment.
To add additional services you may do so by calling us or adding the requested service to your appointment online. Adding services after your appointment has been confirmed is contingent upon available time. Please be aware do to us respecting each client's time, last-minute add-ons may not always be approved.
Will my card be charged during booking?
Reserving your appointment with a valid debit or credit card is a requirement. However, your card will not be automatically charged unless you no-call/no-show for your appointment or you cancel outside of the allotted time.

What is your cancellation policy?
if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the service price. If you no-shpw for an appointment the only way to rebook is by calling us and you must pay for your service in full at time of booking.
You won't be charged when canceling or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation.
Are extra guest including children welcomed in the spa?
Only guests being serviced are allowed in the salon. We do not service anyone under the age of 13.
Nail Service: Guests must be accompanied by an adult if under the age of 16.
Facial and Body Services: Guests must be accompanied by an adult if under the age of 18.
Spa Service Terms and Conditions
Im ready for natural nail services but I need my acrylic removed. What do I book?
Due to us being an acrylic-free salon we don't remove acrylic/dip powder. Due to the particles being dispersed in the air and time restraints this is not a service that we offer. If you book a service and have acrylic/dip powder you may be subject to our late cancelation fee.
I noticed that you only offer dry nail services. What is a waterless manicure or pedicure?
We do not use water to soak hands or feet. By providing waterless services we decrease the possibility of cross-contamination of bacterial infections, viruses, fungal infections or parasites. Providing waterless services also means that your product will last longer on your nails.
How are your services performed?
We use special high-quality electric files to exfoliate keratinized tissues without touching living tissues on our clients’ hands/feet. It is a deep, thorough and detailed service in comparison to a regular manicure or pedicure. To perform e-file manicures and pedicures, our highly skilled and professionally trained nail technicians use specialized e-file tools called “bits”.
With this method, cuticles grow slower and look healthier compared to the regular nipping with non e-file services.
Pedicures: After only a few or in some instances 1 e-file pedicure session, it’s possible to get rid of the fissures, cracks & thick calluses on the feet.E-file services take longer but the results will last longer than they would after basic manicure and pedicure.
What is your refund policy on spa services?
We do not issue refunds on spa services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the spa, please notify us within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return so that your nails or skin can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the service provider who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the two days of the initial service.
